This recipe was very simple to make and it tasted GREAT!! My husband loved it so much that I made it again a couple days later. I also went with someone's suggestion to add minced garlic. That added another good flavor to it.

Excellent. I substituted asparagus for artichoke hearts.

My husband and I both liked this. If I make it again I might add some minced garlic.

The taste was wonderful. However, I think that next time I will substitute out the artchokes for a different green vegetable. We were thinking spinach or greenbeans might work better.

This recipe was okay. I didnt really like it. I didnt use the artichoke hearts in it. But the taste of the pasta was not good..I think if I were to make it again I would use a different dressing. And I thought that it tasted a little better when it was cold instead of warmed up.

This was good. I added some diced garlic and used angel hair pasta because that's what was on hand. My boyfriend thought it was really fancy, though it took no time at all to prepare!

I love you Healthy Living recipes, they are great! I do try to have fish in my diet and this is an easy way.

Had a great taste! Next time I'll use less artichoke hearts, more mushrooms and onions (we loved the mushrooms!), and possibly some roasted red pepper! The flavor was there! Great recipe to get away from those tomato-based pastas!

Awesome recipe! I use chicken and pour in some white wine (pinot grigio or chardonnay) with the dressing and again to deglaze the pan. I feel like I've eaten at a great Italian restaurant.
