This was fabulous! Couldn't find the packet of Zesty Italian for no fat so made the regular Zesty with the lower fat instructions. It is another new favorite in my house. It is not spicy, so I am not sure why it is called zesty, but it is full of great flavors.

Blockbuster hit in our family! I substituted roasted red peppers instead of artichokes, very flavorful, filling (and nutritional) meal that is easy enough to make during the week.

Very good, the shrimp I used were a little too small so they cooked very fast. If you use smaller shrimp I'd cook veggies first then throw shrimp in.

I tried it w/ rice and my family really, really loved it. I also used broccoli and mushrooms. Even my slightly picky 15-yr old son loved it! Great flavor. I liked it better w/out the parmesan cheese, my husband prefered it with the cheese. Will make it again, next time w/ pasta, and maybe different veggies.

I sauted the onions, mushrooms and a can of drained diced tomatoes (instead of the artichokes) with garlic, parsley and 1/2 cup of zesty italian dressing. When onions were tender, I added a 1 lb bag of already cooked, defrosted shrimp (which I marinated in 1/2 cup of zesty italian dressing) and heated well. Served this over linquine. It was incredible!

This is very good. I omitted the artichokes, otherwise followed the recipe. Will make this again.
