I fixed this for my sisters b-day and she just loved it. I left out the mushrooms and added spinach leaves and garlic with other italian seasonings. I also made doubles and it was gone fast!

This was very good however I did add alot of things to it like some veggies ie zucchini, tomatoes, scallions basically anything veggie that I had in my fridge at the time. I also added garlic, parsley, cracked black pepper, dash salt and Italian seasonings. I am a spice adict and I have to have it in all my food. I really however enjoyed this recipy. We have made it several times!! I would recommend it to someone else!

I would use a more spicy sauce for the pasta. The flavor was overpowered by the shrimp and veggies

This was great! My family doesn't like artichokes, so I substituted zucchini. A great change of pace.

LOVED IT. SO did my husband and 9-year old son. I also added garlic, and made it with spinach & egg fettucine to give it more color. There were NO LEFTOVERS!
