Very easy and quick meal. Great for a busy weeknight. I added a can of italian style diced tomatoes because I thought it needed a little something extra after tasting it. My family really enjoyed it.

This was amazing! We actually made a few changes, though, due to having different ingredients on hand: *Instead of the mushrooms, we use chopped red & yellow peppers (half a pepper of each color), Cilantro instead of parsley, Frozen, thawed shrimp instead of cooked, Salt & pepper instead of parm cheese...the peppers/artichokes/onions/shrimp combo was very flavorful & zesty!!

This taste so good and is so easy to make. I don't care for mushrooms or artichokes so we left those out. I used the Kraft Zesty Light Italian dressing and saved a few calories. Its now one of our favorite meals.

I didn't have artichokes so i subbed bell peppers. Also, I omitted the parsely. But still good.

Hubby doesn't like artichoke hearts, but added bell peppers for more color and loved it!

This recipe is very delicious. My husband loved it. He wanted me to add some veggies to the recipe. I will definitely try this one again. I used the cooked shrimp intead of the uncooked shrimp in the recipe and it turned out really good.
