Great Great Great!!! We added some Emeril's Essence to the shrimp before adding them and also did not use the Parmesean Cheese, seems like everything adds Parm on here. I also used the alternative suggestion to preparing the dressing, Kraft Light House Italian Dressing, not worth the hassle of the other.

I used mushrooms and snap peas instead of the artichoke and I also used scallops instead of shrimp , it gave the dish a nice flavor and this was a dish that everyone enjoyed !

It ws great... definetly a keeper. I omitted the artichoke and used red pepper and snap peas instead. Yummy!!!

Quick easy and very good! You can add precooked shrimp, but you don't need to add it till the very end.

Just made this recipe tonight. My family enjoyed it and said to make it again. Used whole wheat pasta, but otherwise, followed the recipe. Wonderful summer entree. Thanks tpl
