I make this all the time and it is also great with chicken. The best part, it only takes as long as it takes the pasta to cook.

I loved this! I added a pat of butter at the end to ease up on the zestiness. I used Zesty Italian dressing because that is what I had on hand. Delicious! I will make it again!
This was very easy. I added scallops and a red pepper! Was a very light meal, not to heavy.
Very quick and easy, and very tasty. Even my young children liked it -- after picking out the artichoke hearts. I accidentally grabbed a bottle of Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan dressing, and it worked very well with this recipe.
What great flavor! This recipe was a HUGE hit at my house and I was asked to make it again next week! However due to a shell fish allergy in my family I prepared the recipe using chicken and it turned out wonderful. This one went into my permanent recipe file immediately.
Really good. Would make again. The artichokes and parsley add a great lemony flavor. Added sliced black olives to mine.
I cooked this recipe for my family and they loved it! I added a little bit of Alfredo sauce to bring out the flavor in the pasta and I seasoned the shrimp and scallops with garlic pepper and citrus. Definitely would make again!
We like to "doctor" this one up. WE often change and add variables- adding broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper- sometimes leaving off the artichokes (which the kids don't like). I've also used various dressings, such as the sundried tomato vinagraitte. yummy!!
I made this dish following the recipe directions. This recipe was too bland for my taste. My fiance' said that he didn't like the amount of dressing that was in this recipe. Would recommend if you are looking for a lowfat dinner and like cooking without much spice.
