I added cooked vegetables----diced carrots, diced celerey, diced yellow onion and diced yellow pepper. Yum Yum!

My mother made a similar dish many years ago; I had forgotten all about it until I came across it in the Kraft recipe box. Your version has 'tweaked' my mom's a bit but it tastes so much like hers! Making it brought back many warm memories!

Absolutely wonderful! Low in fat, high in taste! Husband loved it! I cut a few more calories and fat grams by using non-fat cottage cheese. Can't wait to make it again!

I absolutely LOVED this recipie! I made it as a side-dish for my parents and they LOVED it ! It tasted soooo good! And one of my friends came over recently, we made JUST the mac_n_cottage_cheese and she LOVED it! Let me tell you she is a HUGE sceptic for NEW things but she loved it! I will definately make this for the up-comeing bbq to honor my Uncles retrun from Germany!
