This is a great recipe, my kids and neighborhood friends loved it! I used one larger package of JELL-O and split it in half (8 serving size). Also, with the last batch I made, I added sugar when sprinkling on top, it turned out nicely. Time saver – so the glass didn’t stick when pressing the cookies I used wax paper. I made the dough balls and put them on foil lined cookie sheets and a foil lined roasting pan (worked great) and then used one long sheet of wax paper to lay on top of the dough balls and then pressed down with the glass, it really saved time and I didn’t even have to wash the glass after baking.
