I divided the recipe in half, making one half with lime jell-o and the other half with strawberry jell-o. Each batch made approx. 2 dozen cookies, and each turned out very well! Light and fluffy, and very flavorful.

They were too wet & wouldn't ball correctly. Even tried adding more flour & that didn't work.

The cookies are so light and fluffy. They taste delicious and fun for the kids to help. The only bad thing is that the 2nd box of jello is barely used and you are left with almost a full bag of jello.

You an eliminate the dough from sticking on the glass by dipping in flour or powdered sugar and shaking off the excess.

You can really taste the flavor of the Jell-O in these cookies. I found it difficult to flatten the cookies, as they kept sticking to the bottom of my glass. Instead, I rolled them out underneath a piece of plastic wrap and used a round cookie cutter.

These cookies were okay, but not that wonderful. Rolling them into balls wasn't an easy task either. They were too gooey to roll so I had to keep refrigerating the dough just long enough to roll and flaten in to shape. To much of a mess for me.

Taste terrible. I used lime jello. Will not make this one again.
