JELL-O Pastel Cookies recipe

Pretty in pink, green, yellow and any other color you love. Jell-O Gelatin in the dough and sprinkled on top makes sugar cookies even more special.

these are so easy and grandkids liked them. Try the sparkle jello !!
Very easy to prepare, didn't care how they baked and looked -they turned very brown around the edges so they didn't look as nice as the picture. Don't think I'll try them again.
i personally made the lime go with the lemon cookies in mix and match them for the holidays.i didnt like this cookie at all.i was expecting more.i had alot let over in terms of the jello a cookie freak.i love eating them just as much as i love to bake them.this wasnt the case with these.i dont recomend these.maybe a different flavor.but im not going to make these again.
I suggest making smaller batches and using a variety of colors - great for the holidays. You can also roll out the dough and make cut-out cookies. Instead of sprinkling with dry jello mix, I suggest using various decorative sugars and nonpareils.
DO NOT OVERBAKE!! When I made the first batch, I baked the cookies for 7 minutes and by the time they were cool, they were HARD! 5 minutes and they turned out so soft and yummy. We just sprinkled with regular sugar rather than the second box of jello. Plan to make them for an exchange next week.
I tried these with both regular and sugar free jello. I would recommend to use the regular jello.
We thought this recipe was a bit dry. I used the sugar free jello because that is all I ever buy. The recipe doesn't state which kind of jello to use.
My family really enjoy this cookie. Made this last year for christmas. It was very different from anything I had made.
I love love love this recipe...they are sweet and all my friends loved them too yet my family didnt... i guess the elders dont enjoy them as much j/k i recomend this recipe to every one!
Not very flavorful.
