SINCE I LIKE SOME TEXTURE IN MY FOOD, I ALSO ADDED SOME CHOPPED ONIONS AND GREEN AND YELLOW CRISP PEPPERS.. IF I USE THIS RECIPE FOR A DINNER, I WILL ALSO ADD SOME 'BABY' SHRIMP. AS A VARIANCE, I WILL NOT ADD THE CHERRY TOMATOES AND INSTEAD SERVE THE SALAD IN A QUARTERED TOMATO ON A BED OF MIXED GREENS. TO ADD MORE COLOR, I WILL SPSRINKLE PAPRIKA ON TOP. THIS IS TRULY AN EASY, NUTRICIOUS AND ATTRACTIVE SUMMER MEAL!
