I love the way the sweet apples blend with the tartness of the vinagrette. This one is a definite pleaser for the healthly eater! Enjoy!

I haven't made this recipe yet, but it looks very good and healthy. I'm curious as to where the 54 grams of fat comes from for the entire dish!

This fruit salad is a great side dish for summer! Made for the family and everyone loved it. I added a salad bag of mixed greens along with the spinach. Watch out for the cilantro. Cilantro is very strong and can over power this great salad.

easy to make and a pleasant change from monotonous lettuce/tomato salads. i let the fruits sit in the vinegrette overnight and just added them to the bed of lettuce at the following day's BBQ. it worked nicely because the fruit and vinegrette flavors marinated together and it also worked as a good way to store the leftovers. the BBQ side dish became a 1-step lunch salad at work later in the week.

This salad was fantastic! My family devoured it. The sweet fruit with cilantro is a great combination. It just takes a little time to chop all the ingredients.
