This is a wonderful recipe, I omitted the tomatoes and added turkey beacon, red onion, carrots and walnuts, the family ate it as a main dish, we loved it!!!

I own a cafe and made this salad, I added diced celery and julienne Carrots, and dried chives left out the tomatoes, everyone loved it.

Yuck. There was too much ranch in this receipe. The parmesan cheese has no purpose because you cannot taste it. It is basically veggies with ranch. The only thing is, you're not having to dip your veggies. I would not make this again.

I was surprised to find no info about blanching the broccoli . Broccoli should always be blanched before eating, to bring out the flavor. Julia Child always mentioned this. Otherwise it has no taste whatsoever. JDF

I used tomatoes the first time I made this put they seemed to go bad to quick so I replaced them the next time with chopped carrots. This is an great recipe!
