My husband doesn't like raw vegetables, so I steamed the broccoli/cauliflower and added some diced Italian tomatoes to the dressing and cheese. Even good as a warm side dish.

Easy, quick. I added some chopped green onion to give it a bit more flavor. Salad olives would really kick it up.

This is our family's favorite quick salad recipe. It has eye appeal and tastes excellent and the perfect way to entice the little ones to eat broccoli and cauliflower. I have made it several times for our holiday celebrations as well as summer family get togethers. Give it a try---you'll love it!!!

this recipe is a must of a dish to use on a holiday buffet table..fast and easy to make and liked by all..the colors compliment the season..in the spring try missing the cauliflower with summer squash, zuchinni and maui or sweet onions.....
