This recipe did not taste as good as I though it would. If I every make it again I will have to alter the recipe.

For a little extra zing, I sometimes add some crumbled bacon or top with a sprinkling of chow mein noodles. A friend who considered himself a "broccoli hater" gobbled this up!

I served this to my family on Thanksgiving for a change from the everyday green salad with our turkey dinner. Everyone loved the freshness and crunchy tastes!

THIS IS A REALLY LITE AND QUICK RECIPE! WOULD GO GREAT AS A SIDE DISH TO ANY MEAT. WONDERFUL FOR FEEDING A GROUP OF PEOPLE.
