I brought this to a party and it was awesome - everyone loved it. It "snazzed" up the same ol' veggies that everyone munches on when you're grazing at the snack table. This side dish was gone in mere seconds. Will definitely make it again. (Changed the tomatoes out for baby carrots)

I tripled this recipe and added 1lb of small white mushrooms, and took this to a large, outdoor benefit on a very dreary, chilly day here, in Mexico. It was so beautiful and delicious and was entirely gone in less than 30 minutes...the other salads were not! I have made it several times since with the same results. Thank you for a wonderful salad.

I have made this recipe twice. The first time I followed the recipe. I thought it needed a little zip. The second time I added chopped purple onions, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, a little pepper and two pks of calorie free sweetener. Now it is a keeper.

This was Excellent! I steamed the cauliflower and broccoli slightly along with some red onion I added, then mixed it with the tomato and dressing. It was great!

Everyone loved this! I did add a little chopped red onion. I have also made it without the cheese and with bacon bits added. It is now one of my staple recipies for home and take along.
