Good use of a small piece of meat to satisfy hunger when a salad is all that is needed for a quick lunch at home or at the office or school. Q. Can chicken or other meats be substituted? <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Grilled chicken or shrimp would make a good substitute for the steak. >>>
