The sauce made this dish! Salmon was tasty and flaky. I thought the pilaf was bland so I made a sauteed spinach side dish the second time. Much better.

I couldn't find the terragon leaves, so I omitted them. I was afraid it wouldn't taste right, but I was wrong. It was delicious! I'm a newlywed and my husband was very impressed.

Did not like the marinade for the salmon. However, the tarragon cream sauce with the green bean pilaf was excellent.

My family did not care for this recipe, particularly the rice pilaf, which is unusual because my kids always eat rice.
