We thought this dish was great! I made it using the veggies that I had on hand -- yellow squash, broccoli, orange pepper and baby carrots, sauteed w/ onion wedges. Instead of the red wine vinegar, I used balsamic vinegar, which is what I already had in my pantry. Absolutely delicious, and very easy to make! This is definitely one that I will make over and over again!
