I substituted regular milk with light vanilla soy. Soy milk makes it nice and creamy. Yum....

put this in a blender with crushed ice and make a coffee icee, wonderfull

Loved it! I live in Los Angeles and our summer has been so hot! I love coffee and don't like drinking hot coffee in the heat! I added a bit more water when I brewed it and added sugar to the carafe to sweeten it a bit! Great recipe!
