Iced Coffee Latte recipe
I love it. I make it all the time. It has replaced my Diet Cokes and Diet Green Teas for the most part.

I use Folgers Instant Coffee(1teasp to one cup) 1/2 cup chilled evaporated milk, 1/2 cup chilled milk and ice cubes. Blend it all together in a blender and its ready in 5 minutes. Sugar may be added if additional sweetness is required. One may ad scoops of vanilla ice-cream as a substitute to milk but increase instant coffee to 1 1/2 teasp. Sprinkle few granules over the froth.

For those of us who like it a bit sweeter? Try throwing this in the blender with some equal and a sizeable dollop of cool whip? Now you are talking!

We enjoyed this the only thing different that I did was to use crushed ice and I put the glasses in the freezor after rinsing them in cold so it made the drinks extra cool

I used decaf coffee, crushed ice, and put it in the blender. I also put it in the freezer until partially frozen. Good recipe for the summer.
