My family enjoyed this salad especially my four year old grandson. That all he wanted for dinner. The presentation is very pretty. It looks like you did a lot of work. Easy salad to make.

I served this salad for my parent's anniversary dinner. It was a hit even with the picky eaters(which I was worried about b/c of the pears w/ the Italian dressing). Very easy to make also.

I use balsamic vinegar in the salad dressing too and it gave it the needed kick to make it delicious. t The fruit and the nuts are just the right touch.

Great refreshing salad. very easy to prepare. I added a little touch of balsimic vinegar to add a little kick.

Sounds good with the fruits and nuts. But I absolutely hate these kind of dressings. I am going to do this with my own italien vinegrette.
