This Recipe is very goo to feed a lot of people if you double it up and serve with rotel dip. I fed about 15 people with it. It is something that is simple enough but it is also very elegant when garished with fresh herbs.

This recipe was very quick and easy to make, find the ingredients at the store took more time than it took to make! It tastes GREAT!! I definitely would make this again!

With regular chicken breast, just cut into strips and brown. After almost thoroughly cooked add a gallop of salsa on top of each piece of meat. Let simmer and then serve.

Instead of using the chicken the recipe asked for (I could not find it in the store) I got chicken breast and marinated with an envelope of fajita seasoning. I then put the peppers and onions on the grill (in foil with a little olive oil). Grilled the chicken. And I even put the tortillas in foil on the grill! Easy and delicious!!!

The chicken is rather expensive so I would probably marinate some chicken breasts myself if I made this again.

Making the fajitahs this way tastes great, but for a summer treat, grill the chicken and the peppers, and pop the tortillas on the grill and assemble on the grill. No pans to clean either!
