Easy, quick, cool and refreshing. It set up nicely and was a very impressive dessert for how simple it is. I used sugar free raspberry jello and lite cool whip to save on some calories, and you wouldn't have known the difference.

The jell-o/cool whip mixture never thickened up enough to put into the pie crust. It was way too runny and made a huge mess. I waited over an hour to try to put the mixture into the crust and finally just threw it all away because it was a disaster. :(

This is my go-to for a quick and easy dessert. It's light and refreshing, and it's fun to pick from all of the different kinds of jell-o. You could make this pie a dozen times and not repeat a flavor.

The color of the pie is very appealing. My husband tried one little piece, liked it, and went back for more.

Easy and tasty. I added fresh sliced strawberries on each slice for added color.

I can not get the pie to set?!?!?!!? I use to make it all the time and it was perfect now, I can't get it to set for anything in this world.

I read some comments that said it didnt set up.I have made this many times with different flavors. The only real key you need to remember is to let the jello part thicken. It should be just barely firmer than egg whites. Then its foolproof.Do not follow the letter of the recipe. It may take longer or in the fridge. But if you let it thicken enough reguardless it WILL turn out.

What a fabulious pie. I don't like my desserts too sweet so this one hits the spot. I sometimes like to add strawberries into the pie, fresh or frozen. This isn't just a summer pie.
