This easy, creamy strawberry pie is cool and refreshing but not overwhelmingly sweet. It's just right!

This dessert is a dream. I love how the whip cream and strawberry gelatin mixes together to become a strawberry cloud. My 2 year old son loves this pie also
I discovered this gem of a recipe in last spring's Kraft Food & Family magazine. My family LOVES it! I have a younger cousin who begs me to make it whenever she stays at my house. It's just amazing! What else can I say? :)
Everyone love this pie when I made it. It is a great summer desert. The only thing I would change is the size of the pie crust. I am going to get the deep dish next time.
I made this and it was so good and really easy. I will make it again and again. It was delicious..
I never worked with Jello before so I was concerned reading the reviews about the pie not setting. It set just fine for me. Used an OREO crust and it was pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but good.
This recipe is the best ever!! I have made it several times. I did use a little less water than the recipe said and it set up with no problem. I also use the cool whip strawberry flavor to give it more flavor without the calories cream cheese has. Terrific!
A great summer dessert! It is cool and light with a great flavor. It was gone in 3 days. I just couldn't get it to thicken and mound well. I poured it into the pie shell and left it overnight.
Very good and Light.
I did not have any problems with the jello setting up like others did. But I think I will use more chopped strawberries in the mixture and less on top the next time I make it.
I made this recipe, and although it was okay by my taste standards, my friend enjoyed it tremendously. I will make it again, but next time I will add cream cheese to give it more oomph!
