this was hit at New Years dinner. At our house we all wanted either ice cream(cinnamin?).or cool whip.

I loved this! It was so delicious that I just couldn't stop eating them! I would reccomend to have this at a grown up party like an office party or something and not for a get together with kids. My kids wouldn't eat it because of how it looked but it wasn't too dissapointing because there was more for me!

I made this using Granny Smith apples. We liked it, but would use a bit more brown sugar on the fruit.

This was a very tasty desert, which my family raved about! It was also a great way to use the fresh pears from our trees!

I did not use the 1/4 cup of brown sugar, I used splenda instead and it had a very good taste. It cut the sugar down to nearly nothing for us who need to watch the sugar intake
