This was good!!! It was not too rich, but just indulgent enough without making you feel guilty! I wouldn't quite call it mousse though, it was more like a rich fluffy whipped pudding, but I am particular when it comes to mousse. However this one was much easier to make than authentic mousse, and much better for you.

This recipe is fabulous! VERY very rich - the 1/2 cup serving is actually enough - you also don't get any of the artificial sweetener aftertaste (I don't even like splenda), and you'd never know it has skim milk and fat free whipped topping. I had mine with fresh strawberries. I will definitely be making it again! It would also be delicious in a trifle!

My family LOVED this recipe! I didn't have the Bakers Chocolate on hand so I made it without it therefore making it a "single" chocolate mousse. We made it twice in one weekend and served it to guests. It's a HIT!

I used this as a filling in between chocolate cake layers (frosted the whole thing with buttercream). It was FANTASTIC!!! There was leftover mousse which was delicious on it's own, but there isn't a better way to jazz up a cake mix!!! Go for it!

It is difficult to gently stir the Kool Whip into the pudding mix without leaving small lumps.
