I made this recipe with 2 oz. chocolate chips instead of the squares and it turned out delicious!! A very quick dessert for last minute company. Yum!

Something fun, different, and reasonably healthy, but not very sweet.

We ate it all, which says something, but would probably not make again. I like chocolate, but way too intensely chocolate for me.

I really enjoyed this mousse; plus, it was very easy to make. My husband did not like it at all, so I have never made it but one time.

I LOVE this stuff! I make it for "food days" at work, & everyone there loves it also. They find it hard to believe that it's so low (in Weight Watcher points, and in general)! I have also made it using white chocolate!

This recipe was really good, however it did not quite resemble the texture or taste of mousse. It was more like a thicker version of a more-chocolate pudding. It was still really tasty. Next time we make it, we may just try it with some cream cheese/more chocolate.
