Strip Steak with Onion Wine Sauce

My husband did not like this at all and I threw out the recipe. I have to say I used the George Foreman grill so the fast cooking time may have had something to do with it. Wouldn't make it again.

The sun was shining today in Michigan and although we had lots of snow we decided to grill steaks on the grill. I entered "STEAKS" in the search on this site, and the following recipe came up. It sounded so good, we decided to give it a try !!!! WOW< we are so glad we did. It is wonderful!!! We thought it would be great on slices of beef roast or even hamburger steaks!!!! I doubled the sauce part, the A1 and wine, just so we would have extra sauce, it is outstanding. I also added 1 small can of mushrooms well drained. We are looking forward to making it and serving it to guests this summer when we do steak cookouts !!!!

I used the A-1 Bold & Spicy since we like our food on the hot side. Very good!

could add mushrooms as well
