I love this receipe, except I use a marble cake mix instead of the pound cake. I make the marble cake light in calories by substituting the oil for apple sauce. It makes it light and moist.

I made this recipe several times and it was big hit with all. Several people that I made it for have also tried it. I even took it a step further and used angel food cake and fat free cool whip. Easy! Wonderful!

Made this for the 4th of July - it was an instant hit. I used Angel Food Cake and strawberry kiwi jello (sugar free). Everyone raved about it.

This was a big hit at home as well as in the office. I added a sugar-free glaze to the layer of fruit inbetween the cake and the cool-whip layer, scrumptious!

I used a chocolate cake mix - just cut some of the top of the cake off and sliced it. Then poured raspberry jello with frozen raspberries (thawed) and blueberries over the cake, and used fresh for the stripes. Everyone loved it.

As is, this cake is delicious...I just couldn't resist adding 8oz of cream cheese to the whipped topping for an extra touch. They loved it--every last little morsel of it!!

Awesome recipe. I made it for the 4th of July and everyone raved about it. And some of the people that were there complained because they did't get a piece becAUSE IT WENT SO FAST. I made it with Jell-o NO BAKE CHEESE CAKE DESSERT instead of pound cake. and just followed the rest of the recipe. Very simple recipe
