Not to bad and very simple to make.

This was horrible! My husband who eats anything threw it out after 2 bites. Gross!

I do this with rotel and then add a can of cheese soup to make it creamier. It's a big hit with the older kids, have to tone it down (spicy) for the younger ones. I like the cheese soup cause leftovers seem to reheat better with it added.

Not one of the better ideas here. I didn't need a recipe to be told how to mix ground beef with a box of prepared mac & cheese, and the ketchup was not a good addition. I'll just keep making my own version of "cheeseburger mac" from scratch.

Have made a version of this for years by browning the meat with chopped onions & seasoning it with Mrs. Dash or garlic powder, salt & pepper. One of my husband's favorites when he was single. Will have to try it with tomatoes or maybe salsa.

Those of you who think this recipe is bad probably did not make it properly or season it well. I made this meal today. I omitted the tomatoes and scallions, used evaporated milk to make it creamier, and added a little bit of shredded cheddar with the Velvetta. It was good to me, but my kids loved it. I read another reviewers post about adding crumbled bacon on top and I decided to use it too.

Good recipe great for when you don't have much time to cook, I leave out he onion and tomatos and it still comes out great, just add a lil extra milk instead.
