We do catering - and at a Bridal Show we featured this punch...it was a great hit...we ran low so I had to go to the store and purchase the ingredients again..except I had to use Pina Colada mix..they were out of cream of coconut...Works great and easier to blend in..People request it quite often....

I haven't tried it, but it sounds yummy. My comment to the cook who gave a negative review on 6/17/04 is that she used the wrong ingredient. The recipe calls for cream of coconut -- not the coconut milk that she used. HUGE difference. Please try again for a better result.

The coconut milk made this punch taste very strange and chalky. I love pina coladas, but this didn't cut it for me. I tried to add some rum to the punch, but that didn't help much at all.

I replaced the coconut creme for coconut rum, of course I liked it. LOL
