What You Need

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4

cup COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

Tbsp. sugar

1/2

cup milk

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries and sliced strawberries)

Make It

BEAT cream cheese, drink mix and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in milk. Whisk in COOL WHIP.

SPOON into crust.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving.

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Substitute

Prepare using your favorite combination of berries, including raspberries and/or blackberries.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

i found this recipe to be very simple and quick to make. i have a very busy schedule and do not have alot of time to turn out time consuming recipes. i loved the smooth texture and the creamy taste. My family enjoyed it very much. i found it very helpful not to have to turn the oven on in the summer to make a dessert. I enjoy your website very much. I find it very helpful and convenient.
