Excellent!! I have made this recipe at least five times now. I am "known" for delicious pound cakes among family and friends and this is now my favorite pound cake recipe.

This cake is wonderful! Very easy to prepare. I baked it about an hour. It was very moist and had a nice flavor. I might add some almond extract next time. Cube it in a martini glass, add whipped cream and berries for a very elegant dessert!

Exellent poundcake. Very rich.This has replaced any other poundcake recipes I have saved over the years. I look foward to trying this as a beginning for coffee cake, strawberry (or other fruit) shortcake and slicing it horizontaly and spreading on layers of fruit filling.

This was so good. Next time I make this I will be cooking this cake for an hour instead of an hour and 20 minutes. The outside got too brown for my taste.

Moist... This was my first pound cake, and I was so delighted to find that it tasted just like pound cake in bakeries.
