I like this recipe because it was so easy and simple. Perfect dish to make after a long day and you are the only one in the household who cooks.

Very simple and good. Used a medium salsa since we like spicy food.

This was a very good idea, even my 7 year old loved it. I will definitely make this one again. I added the taco seasoning to the meat and also made cornbread. It was very delicious and satisfying.

This was great..I modified it a bit and made it so much better! I added taco seasoning to the beef after browning, then added all the ingredients. I would also recommend cooking the pasta in boiling water while the meat is browning..it makes it a lot quicker in the end. I also used Mild Cheddar instead of Sharp and it turned out very well, I may try the Taco Cheese in the future. A dollop of sour cream on top makes this great! I served it with cornbread and it was a hit!

Really good. Everyone in my house loved it and I cook for 6. It was a hit. I cook for my dad and siblings and it was really easy.

My husband and I quite enjoyed this recipe. I did stir about a 1/3 cup of sour cream to the ground beef mixture. Yummy!
