I used a hotter salsa because my husband likes it spicy but I would recommend using mild or medium so everyone can enjoy. Those who like it hotter can always add tabasco or more salsa. This is also a good dip for tortilla chips.

My husband raved! He said we'd need it once of week. My son, however, begged me to leave out the corn in the future, so if you have picky eaters, it may not be ideal.

This is a very quick and delicious meal. The corn really adds to the flavor.

My boyfriend never really likes the things that I make for dinner and when I tried this recipe I thought I would have a lot left over for me to take for lunch the next day but when I got up in the morning I found that the entire skillet was empty and the he had eaten all that was left. I will definately make this again!!!!!

This recipe was quick and easy. I substituted the salsa & cheddar cheese using ingredients that I had on hand (picante sauce & Velveeta Light). The dish still turned out great and my family really enjoyed it! I will make this again. Thanks, A Cook from TX
