I have been making this a few times a year since I first tried it. It is light, creamy & just delicious. Even pleased the hard to please family members. Highly recommended.

I have made this dessert 2 different ways. I have made it as a fat free dessert and then regular and to me they both tasted the same. Ilove this recipe and can't get enough of it. I made it to take to my get together with card players and they all enjoyed this dessert.

It's so good that it's impossible to believe that it is low fat and good for diabetics, if you use sugar free pudding. I substituted chocolate for the vanilla and it was a big hit with my family at Christmas. They loved it so much it has become the "thing" for me to bring for family dinner get togethers.

Haven't made this yet - wondering how you serve this? Scoop into bowls? Or fo people grab a ladyfinger and dip?

I loved this recipe! I made it at my parent's house and they would not let me take it home! My dad is the pickiest eater and will not eat anything that is "Lite" or sugar free and he gobbled the filling down!

I don't use chemical filled whipped topping. That recipe could stand on its own just as a cheesecake.

This is an easy recipe to prepare, nevertheless, I would not add half a tub of Cool Whip to the finished dessert. We found it too much and will cut the portion in half again. It was well received by our guests who asked for the recipe.
