So Easy and looks like a chef-style salad. One of the best salads I have ever tasted.

I made this salad (without the onions) yesterday for a 4th of July potluck and everyone raved about it and asked me for the recipe. I did not make the dressing and instead used a store bought Kraft Poppyseed dressing. It was still the bomb! I will definitely make this again and maybe add some diced chicken for a light summer time meal.

Changed it up a little bit and it was spectacular! I omitted the almonds (not a fan of almonds) and added crumbled cheddar cheese. Also, used Raspberry Walnut Vinagrette dressing instead of the poppyseed dressing (because I'm far too lazy to make my own dressing!) Overall, great great recipe, my whole family LOVED it!

Thank you for such a refreshing summer salad idea. I made this last night for my fiancee' and he loved it. He rarely goes away from any salad that he can't drench with Ranch dressing, but he could not stop eating this salad. With this we had bbq chicken leg quarters, corn on the cob, and cole slaw. This was a perfect meal all together!

I made this for Thanksgiving for my husbands family. Well lets just say that I have to fix this everytime we visit the family. Excellent. But I need to know how I can make it from not being soggy the next day for leftovers. Please anyone help me.

I have made this salad many times for many occasions. It is always a hit no matter the crowd I'm serving. It's fool proof and I can modify the quantities as my pantry dictates.

This salad is EXCELLENT! I bought the pre-made dressing to save time. Also, I only added about 1/2 the red onion and glad I did as they are very powerful! It's a new favorite at my home!

This is a delicious salad. The carmelized almonds really do kick it up a notch. I purchased the poppyseed dressing. I will make this again for my family.
