I added some cilantro as well as some cut up southwestern chicken strips. Easy and very good for dinner. Don't prepare too much because the leftovers are soggy and not very good.

I'm making this recipe again for the Memorial Day Weekend! It was a big hit at work & it tasted just like Taco dip! I'm not a big fan of black beans or plain tomatoes, but the salad was very good. A shortcut I used was replacing 4 chopped up tomatoes with a can of diced tomatoes.

I made this recipe for a party tonight and it looks great. I hope it tastes great too:) I love seven layer salad and I love mexican food so I'm sure I will like this!

This recipie is great! To make it even better just add a can of mexicorn. It just seems to give it that extra something. To save some time I buy the Salsa or Jalepeno ranch and it work great!

This recipe was a little lacking, but the children loved it. For that reason alone, I would make it again. It's a great way to get some healthy veggies in them!
