This recipe is fantastic. We eat jello several times a month in our house and my husband always asks for this one. It is just the right balance of sweet and tart.

Turned out awesome with my first thanksgiving. Although my mold didn't work for me it looked pretty all stirred up in a bowl!

Used this for Thanksgiving. Very easy to make, delicious and well received by the cranberry lovers at our house. I used the two cranberry Jello package version and got real depth of flavor.

This recipe reminds me of a recipe I used to make years ago for holiday meals. It turned out more like a jellied cranberry relish, than a mold. I used the cranberry jello, ground apples, ground cranberies, ground oranges, sugar, and cinnamon. I put it all together and allowed it to blend it's flavors over night. This mold recipe was really good and my family and guests enjoyed it.

Wonderful recipe!! Since I couldn't find fresh cranberries, I substituted whole berry canned cranberry sauce. Next time I make it, 1/4C shredded coconut will be added.

I used the whole cranberry sauce that someone suggested instead of the fresh cranberries. I also added chopped walnuts. My family loved it.

I made 2 batches of the recipe and used only 1/3 cup of sugar for them both together because I don't like to use too much sugar. The jello made it sweet enough for my family and we found it very refreshing. I used cut up clementines for the oranges and used the walnuts as suggested. It was delicious.

The only difference in the way I make my salad, is I use 1/2 cup Cranberry liquior in place of that amount of water. This really improves the flavor of the cranberries, and I add no sugar. I also use fresh oranges. thanks. It is good any way you fix it.
