So simple to make! I didn't have much success rolling the truffles in powdered sugar (they absorbed it and became gooey) but shaved chocolate was wonderful! I got many compliments!

This was a very easy recipe, and the different toppings added uniqueness to each truffle. They were a hit at Thanksgiving time, and I will be planning to do them again.

I was let down that the consistency was clumpy. I was hoping it would be smooth and chocolate color, instead it was white from the cool whip with dark spots. I followed the recipe to a 'T' and it didn't turn out the way I expected.
