Delicious and fairly fast and easy. It does need to be eaten that day. Very moist and will go into mush. Nice heat and texture to it without burning.

The corn made the bread really moist and delicious, but it has to be eaten that day because it went mushy the next day.

I made this recipe to go with a big pot of Chili for Superbowl Sunday. It was a big hit and eveyone loved it! I think the ground red pepper gives it a bit of a kick. Very tasty. Several people asked me for the recipe which I gladly passed on and will continue to!

Oh nothing better than finding Green Chilies in Apple Pie. Tis what the recipe made me think of when I chomped into it’. If I was to make the recipe again I’d have to alter it. The can of corn I added was Sweet Corn and the Corn Muffin Mix is sweet. If I was to make this again I’d not use Sweet Corn and I would use regular Corn Bread Mix.

this recipe is very easy to make and very inexpensive! i did change it a little, instead of green chiles i used jalapenos and added a little of the jalapeno juice. i also decided not to use corn and it still came out very tasty. i've already passed the recipe on to others and i will make it again.

I used to make this years ago, but after a health incident I have forgotten all my recipes. Can't wait to make it again tonight :o)
