I was surprised how this came out. I didn't think it would taste good, but it does. I will make again but use a different type cheese.

This mac-n-cheese recipe is a new favorite in my house!! My husband loved this recipe! I did use a little more Velveeta than called for and I did not add the breadcrumb topping. I think next time I'll add a little more macaroni too. Otherwise great dish!!!

This was amazing! It was such a hit. I did add some sharp cheddar to this to mix it up a bit. It gets better when you reheat it the next day!

I've made this mac 'n cheese for picnics (recipe doubles well - cook in 9 X 13 pan) and at home for dinner. I use less butter (only 1 tbsp), but use light or regular cheddar cheese (not fat free). Using these alterations I've been told I make the best mac 'n cheese people have ever had and am frequently asked for the recipe.

This recipe had great flavor and was so easy to make. I added diced tomatoes to the top of the casserole before popping it in the oven.
