I made this dessert one day for two of our missionaries. They raved about it! I made it for my son and fiance, and they loved it! I add a thins layer of cool whip before refrigerating, and add the pecans and caramel topping just before serving. Delicious! I am making it again for company tomorrow. It is so simple, and elegant! A real keeper for sure!
I thought this was really good! I am a big cheesecake fan and I love it when it is easy to make. I didn't have a spring form pan so I used a 9 x 13 pan. Will make again! Thanks!!
This was the most amazing cheesecake reciepe! Plus, it's fairly cheap to make. This is a must!
I did not use the Jello No bake kit. I used cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 tub of Cool Whip to make the cheese cake. Then add the rest of the stuff.
I havent tried it yet, but it sounds ssssooo DELICIOUSE! I will definately make it when I get the chance!!!
Good and very easy - could be more cheesecakey though. If you don't want it too rich, this would be a good choice.

The caramel was so tough, the Grands couldn't even chew thru, so they ate the cheesecake by itself.
I made this for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it. Since I have yet to master the art of baking a real cheesecake, I used one of the Jello No Bake kind and added the pecans and caramel. His sister thought I bought it because it was so pretty. And when she tasted it, she was calling friends over from next door to try it. I'm glad we got our pieces first!
