This is SO moist. I made 3 loaves as gifts for Christmas and every one I gave them to, raved abut how great it was.
I can see why this bread has so many good ratings. This is by far THE BEST pumpkin bread I have ever eaten. When you make this, you'd better make more than 2 loaves, because it won't last long!! Thanks for a wonderful recipe to add to our family's favorites!
I made this for my family and co-workers, it was gone in no time!! Everyone loved it!
I made this for thanksgiving. It was a big hit and my mom is making it for a bake sale.
Wow! As an experienced baker for many years, I must say this is the very best pumpkin bread I have ever made. Moist, tasty, perfect. Huge hit with family and friends. Dusted with powdered sugar. You can also drizzle a glaze on it. Have fun and enjoy!
I have made this bread for over five years maybe longer. Everytime I make it someone else falls in love with it. It is a wonderful gift at Thanksgiving or Christmas. It certainly adds to the meal or desert. I LOVE IT
My family hunts during Thanksgiving. They love pumpkin pie, but its to messy to pack for the trip. So I made this Pumpkin bread. 1 loaf was gone the night before they left. REALLY GOOD BREAD
FANTASTIC recipe. Easy to make and would certainly make it for gifts. Only used 1 1/2 c sugar and cream cheese that had 1/3 less fat. Made one loaf and 48 mini muffins. The minis took about 14 minutes each pan. The bread is moist and delicious and I also substituted pumpkin pie spice for the cinnamon/clove combo. Could even use an extra teaspoon at least. Enjoy!
My fiance's weakness is bread, so I decided to make it for him as a treat. He's a fan of "plain" things, so I left out the nuts. I didn't have 2 loaf pans, so I made one loaf, and about 10 muffins with the remaining batter. He loved it so much he had two large muffins as soon as it came out of the oven! Great recipe, I think I'll try it out with some add-ins next time.
Awesome, easy to make bread!
