Bow Tie Pasta Salad

I'm a busy mom and anytime I have an opportunity to let my children cook I do. My eldest 10 was able to read the directions and do this recipe all on her own. It came out great and gave her a few brownie points from mom. I think I can have her cook more often

When I tried this recipe for the first time I couldn't use the hard salami. Because my wife and daughter, they don't like salami. However, I substituted the salami with crab meat and I have to tell you it was a hit with the ladies. My daughter wants me to make more of this soon. They don't usually eat leftovers but they ate the rest of this salad the next day. Thanks for this awsome recipe.
