This salad went great with our Fall Birthday dinner. It is fresh, crisp and very tasty.

I made this salad for the first time on Christmas Day, to go with our big family dinner. None of us had ever had it before, and when I put it on everyones plate, they were shocked to see walnuts, cranberries and apples in their salad. They absolutely LOVED IT!!! It was different,refreshing, and very tasty!! I will continue to make this salad, and not only on special occasions. Hey, it never hurts to shake it up a little!!!
