Made this recipe for a girl's nite out party & they loved it. I substituted slivered almonds for the pecans. Very pretty & refreshing salad. Will definetely make again!

I made this salad for a family gathering for the first time. It was delicious. I did not vary from the recipe at all. I will definitely make it again and not only for a special occasion.

This is an excellent salad,,,, I prefer a creamy dressing so I make a sweet and sour dressing with Miracle Whip.... and I substitue carmelized almonds instead of pecans.... Great Salad,,,, has been a real hit with my dinners.

I cater and this salad has been a big hit, it presents very nice, and is very nice to serve with asian flavoured dishes, I used a toasted sesame seed salad dressing.

I loved this, always looking for new ways to eat salad. I only used 1\2 the mandarin orange amount called for and thought it was plenty. Any more and I think it would have been too much citrus flavor for my taste.

This salad is very delicious! I usually don't eat salad, but I throughly enjoyed this one as did my family!
