cup (1 stick) butter, softened

3/4

cup sugar

eggs

tsp. vanilla

cups whole grain cereal flakes with cranberries and almonds

squares BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped

squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in cereal and white chocolate. Divide dough in half; shape each half into 14x2-inch log with lightly floured hands. Place on greased baking sheet.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Transfer to cutting board; cool 10 min. Use serrated knife to diagonally cut each log into 12 slices; place upright on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until slightly dried. Cool on wire racks.

MELT semi-sweet chocolate. Dip biscotti in chocolate; let stand until firm.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute

Dip cooled biscotti in BAKER'S Dipping Chocolate (any variety) instead of the melted BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.

Variation

Omit melted baking chocolate. Sprinkle cooled biscotti with powdered sugar. Or drizzle with combined 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp. orange juice. Let stand until glaze is firm.

This is one of our favorites!!!! It is a great gift at Christmas time. My youngest daughter thinks it is her speciality. We drizzle with melted white and milk chocolate across the top.

I made this for the first time a couple of years ago. We absolutely LOVE it. If I don't make them regularly my family gets very upset as they love to have them with their cappucino's or iced coffees!

Very Good! I made this to give to my teachers on the last day of school. They all loved it and it looked nice. I will make this recipe again in the future. I used the suggestion of crushing the cereal, and it turned out great. Fun, Easy, and Tastes Great!

This was my first attempt at making biscotti. It was a hit! I made it for our friends and family at Christmas time and everyone was asking for more. I can't imagine it getting any easier than this. Try it.
