These are great! This was my first try at making biscotti and this recipe is so easy and delicious. I did add extra cranberries though. Wonderful!

Amazing flavor and will definately make this again; however next time I will crunch up the cereal flakes. I think that is what made them crumble- Oh don't worry - I also ate the crumbs!!!!!

Left out the white chocolate and just drizzled the regular chocolate over the biscotti slices. Everyone loved this recipe. It is definitely a keeper. I plan not to drizzle the chocolate next time, as it doesn't need it. Never thought a cereal would make a great biscotti

Biscotti is a difficult thing to bake but once I got the hang of it, I had fun with it. These tasted great and my family loved dunking them in coffee and hot chocolate!

This was wonderful. The recipe was very easy to follow. The only thing that I really didn't care for was the semi-sweet chocolate on the ends. I think it took away from the wonderful taste of the white chocolate and cranberries. My kids loved it before the chocolate and I have some very picky eaters. I normally use milk chocolate but tried the semi-sweet instead.

I made this for the Christmas holiday as gifts. I used the maple pecan crunch instead and it tasted wonderful. I received many compliments.

Having been raised in an Italian family I have made different recipes of biscotti's. This recipe has been asked for more often than the others. Grown-ups and children love them I dipped some in white chocolate and some in milk chocolate. Eileen I.

These are great. We had a Christmas cookie contest and these won. I ran out of Vanilla extract and used almond instead, added more cranberries, and dipped them in white chocolate. Also, crush the cereal, this makes cutting easier so they don't crumble. I also drizzled the chocolate over the top on some which is really pretty. Can't wait to make them again. Very easy. I am horrible at cooking and baking and these turned out great both times.

Taste - very good. I made this recipe 3 different times - each time they crunbled - didn't look anything like the picture. I wanted to give them as gifts but never did because of the crumbling.

The biscotti was quite crumbly, and isn't nearly as nice as the picture, but nothing I make ever is :) The taste is the most important part anyway and it is superb. Very cookie-like and looks great wrapped in cello and tied with ribbon for gifts. If yours is a bit crumbly like mine, just tell them it's "rustic"!
